  • 1 cup Dry Bombay Duck (Pre-Cleaned & Cut)
  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 tbsp oil (preferably coconut oil)
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2-3 green chilies, slit
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • Curry leaves (optional)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Water (as needed)

Instructions:

  1. Soak the Dry Bombay Duck in warm water for about 10-15 minutes to soften and remove excess salt. Drain well.
