At Ichthys Impex, we strive to deliver high-quality dry fish and pickles to our customers. However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please carefully read our policy below:


7-Day Return Policy


We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

The original packaging, including labels and tags, must be intact.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


Note: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened or used.


How to Request a Return


To start a return, please contact us at sales@ichthysimpex.com or call us at +91-8903990005. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages or Issues


We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at sales@ichthysimpex.com or +91-8903990005. Our team will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods like dry fish and pickles that have been opened.

Custom orders or personalized items.

Sale items or gift cards.

Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
